• Delivery Time: 1 to 4 business days within Saudi Arabia depending on the city.
• Packaging: Every product is carefully packaged to arrive in the best possible condition.
• Shipment Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
• Delivery Areas: We deliver to all regions of Saudi Arabia.

Return and Refund Policy

You can exchange or return the product within 3 days of receipt provided that:

• The product is in its original condition and unused
• The packaging is intact and undamaged
• Include the original purchase invoice
• No damage or scratches from use

❌ Cannot be returned:

• Custom-designed products
• Products that have been used or installed
• Products after 3 days from receipt
• Natural plants (due to their living nature)

Refund

• Refund is processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the returned product
• Refund is made using the same original payment method
• Shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount in certain cases
